Description: The first organic gardening demonstration in Scotland explains how and why organic methods make the garden look more attractive.

How to get there: By car: Along the B 6400 road marked Harestanes Visitor Centre from the A68 opposite the Ancrum roadend. Signposted to the left just after the entrance to Harestanes Visitor Centre. By public transport: Regular bus service between Galashiels and Jedburgh travelling down the A68 passes the road end. Walk of about 1 mile to the BOG demonstration garden area. Seasonal opening details (2005): 1st March to end October.
Opening Hours: Daily. 9.30am to 5.30pm.
Facilities: Information Kiosk and Information Boards.
